EA-RS Group Acquires Crane Communications
EA-RS Group, a provider of intelligent and sustainable compliant fire and security systems and services, today announced that Crane Communications, a specialist in Fire, Security, Audio Visual & Data Systems has joined the Group. Crane Communications is the fourth company EA-RS Group has acquired this year, following the successful acquisitions of CCSS Fire & Security, AST London and the trade and assets of Essex Fire Sprinklers. The acquisitions follow the investment made into the business by Rockpool Investments and RCL Partners earlier this year.
Based in Northern Ireland, Crane serves the entire United Kingdom in Fire & Security and Data & Audio-Visual systems, with expertise in design, supply, installation, and maintenance as well as various integrated technology systems. Crane provides an array of services from CCTV to Lighting, Entertainment to Access Control, Alarms to AV, tailoring services for both commercial and domestic clients.
This acquisition will support EA-RS Group in broadening our geographic reach, opening up new opportunities in the NI and RoI markets. In addition, Crane provides the group with wider service offerings such as Audio-Visual Systems together with access to London’s Commercial Security market. We see the Northern Irish market as a significant opportunity for the group, particularly in critical infrastructure. The combination of Crane and EA-RS will assist in expanding both companies range of services to their respective client bases, facilitating growth as well as enabling synergies between all businesses within the group.
